THE BENEFITS OF MEMBERSHIP

The Canadian Society of Allergy and Clinical Immunology (CSACI) is the only national organization that represents the interests of those involved in the areas of allergy, asthma and clinical immunology in Canada.  The CSACI provides a strong and unified voice representing your interests to government and industry.

Since its inception in 1945 the CSACI membership has grown to over 45o members which includes allergists, immunologists, basic scientists, and allied health members.

As famous credit cards advertises, membership has its benefits.  What are the benefits of membership in the CSACI?

  • CSACI hosts an annual scientific meeting which offers a multi-faceted forum for all allergy, asthma and clinical immunology disciplines and provides CPD credits for those attending the meeting. Lectures, seminars, panels, poster presentations, workshops, present data on the latest results of clinical and a number research studies. No other meeting brings together such a diverse group of specialists allowing members to network with their Canadian and International colleagues;
  • CSACI provides travel grants to fellows in training, basic science trainees and allied health professionals.  Nurses and other medical professionals may join the Allied Health section of CSACI and receive up to a $500 travel grant for the CSACI annual meeting;
  • CSACI membership provides you with a discounted registration fee for our annual scientific meeting
  • Allergy, Asthma, and Clinical Immunology Journal, the official journal of CSACI.
